All orders are made via our online store. You need to be over 18 years old to place an order (or have the permission of your parent or guardian).

Creating an account is not obligatory to make an order. It will make it easier to track your order and your next orders will be quicker to make.

After placing your order, we’ll send you a confirmation of your order via email. If you have any problems with creating an account, making an order or anything else, please contact us via contact form or email

You will pay your order online via our webshop. All the payments are securely processed.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Returns or exchanges are accepted if you note us withing 14 days of receiving your parcel. You need to pay for all the returning costs. Returning product(s) must be in the original condition and all the tags must be in place.

Before returning anything, contact us via email and we will send you all the information you need.

If we have made a mistake or the product is not as described, we will repair or replace the product. However, please note that all the clothes are handmade so minor differences might appear between the product and the photo. For example, the clothing is not always cut from the same spot as in pictured. Colors may look a bit different depending on what kind of screen you have in your computer, phone, tablet etc.
