Products

Where is your product made?

All our clothes are sewn in Finland, most of them in our own sewing shop in Varkaus. Sometimes we also use subcontractors in Kuopio and Kitee.

Where is your fabric made?

Our fabrics are always produced in Europe by our well-known partners. Jerseys, elasticated jeans and elastics are produced in Poland and cotton knitwear in Finland.

What material are your clothes made of?

As a rule, we make our clothes from flexible clothing fabrics (knits) such as tricot and elastic sweatshirt. You can always find more detailed material information in the product information of each product. The jersey and sweat we use most often contains 95% cotton and 5% elastane. We use organic cotton whenever possible, only the cotton used in the ribbing is regular cotton.

I would like a product that I cannot find in your online store, how can I get it?

In the made-to-order department, you can find the clothes that we can make with the fabric you want. In these, you can also modify, for example, the length of the sleeves to your liking. You can also always send us an email if we still have the product you want in our warehouse or, for example, fabric for custom clothing.

Miksi joissain tuotteissa lukee ennakkotilaus?

Mikäli tuotteesta on joku koko loppu, mutta meillä on kangasta varastossa, voit tilata tuotteen hieman normaalia pidemmällä toimitusajalla. Samassa tuotteessa voi olla sekä ennakkotilattavia että varastossa olevia kokoja. Jos valitsemasi koko on ennakkotilattavissa, tuote valmistetaan tilauksen jälkeen ja tällöin toimitusaika on 7 arkipäivää. Mikäli tuotteen ostonapissa lukee "Lisää ostoskoriin", tuote toimitetaan varastosta heti.

Where can I buy your products?

Here in our online store you can find the widest selection of our products. You can also do business with us on site at our factory store in Varkaus. You can also find our clothes at our retailers all over Finland. Please note that the range varies between different retailers and you can get up-to-date information about each range directly from the retailer itself. Sometimes we also participate in fairs and pop-ups in different parts of Finland. We always inform about these events separately.

How quickly will you deliver my order?

We deliver online store orders every weekday all year round. We deliver orders 95% of the time on the same day or at the latest on the next business day after placing the order. Delivery times for ordered products differ from this and the times are stated separately for each product.

Why didn't I receive a receipt or delivery confirmation for my order?

First, check that you have definitely placed the order to the end and that it has not been left in the shopping cart. If your order has gone out and the email address in it is correct, check your spam folder as well. In case of a typing error, we can send the receipt manually, please contact us via email at info@dreamcircus.fi . Contact us if you do not receive an order confirmation, even though the payment has left your account and your email address has been entered correctly

Can I modify my order afterwards?

Email us quickly after your order at info@dreamcircus.fi - we'll see what we can do.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us via email at info@dreamcircus.fi - if your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it.

My order was missing a product or included the wrong product - what do I do?

Contact us as soon as possible via email info@dreamcircus.fi and our customer service will help you as soon as possible.

Tilaukseni ei ole tullut perille - miten toimin?

Tarkasta ensin lähetysvahvistuksessa saamasi seurantakoodi. Mikäli tuote on matkalla, voit seurata sitä koodin avulla. Toisinaan ruuhka-aikoina paketit saattavat olla jumissa useammankin päivän eri paikoissa. Mikäli paketti ei kuitenkaan näytä lähtevän liikkeelle ollenkaan, ole meihin yhteydessä sähköpostilla: info@dreamcircus.fi ja selvitämme tilannetta.

Returns and exchanges

I want to return my order, how do I do it?

Inform us of your return by email at info@dreamcircus.fi and you will receive instructions for the return as a return message. Returns are at the customer's own expense. The return must be reported within 14 days from the day of collection of the products. After receiving the return notification, the product must be sent to us within 14 days.

I want to change the product in my order to another one, for example a different size?

Notify us of the exchange by emailing info@dreamcircus.fi and you will receive instructions for returning the product as a return message. Returns are at the customer's own expense, but we pay for the delivery of the replacement product.

When will I get my money back after a return?

We process the return as soon as possible after it reaches us, but no later than within 14 days of return.

Miten toimin palautuksessa, kun kyseessä oli pakettitarjous kuten "Osta 3, maksa 2"?

Jos palautat tuotteita, jotka kuuluvat "Osta 3, maksa 2"-kampanjaamme, menetät alennuksesi. Maksat tämän jälkeen täyden hinnan tuotteista, jotka pidät. Ilmoita palautuksestasi meille myös tässä tapauksessa sähköpostilla info@dreamcircus.fi ja saat paluuviestinä ohjeet palautusta varten.

Virhetapauksissa tuotetta ei saa mennä ensin itse korjaamaan / pesemään / muuttamaan mitenkään ennen kuin on ottanut yhteyttä meihin. Käsittelemme reklamaatiot vain sähköpostin välityksellä. Tämä siksi, että tieto tavoittaa oikeat henkilöt nopeimmin ja varmimmin, ja kaikilla osapuolilla on kirjallisena tieto reklamaatiosta. Laitathan siis mahdollisen reklamaation kuvien kera meille ystävällisesti sähköpostilla mahdollisimman pian vian huomattuasi.
