Customer survey 2021

Would you like to give us feedback and help us develop our service even better? It's time for our annual customer survey again, even though the year has already changed. So this survey is specifically for 2021. We would be very grateful if you could spare your valuable time to answer the seven questions (+ two background information questions). These answers give us important information about how we can develop our operations even better in the future.

We will draw for everyone from 5 to 16 January. among those who left their answers, a €100 gift card to our online store! We will notify the winner on Monday 17.1. by e-mail.
